Coaching

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching provides a dedicated space to create clear goals aligned with your values, and accountability to stay on track. Partnering with a professional coach can help you see new possibilities, unlock your talents and springboard your ideas into action.

Many clients use coaching sessions as a sounding board for both professional and personal development.

Sustainable change often requires both a clear vision for the future, and an awareness of how past experiences and relationships shape current thoughts, emotions and behaviours. As a qualified coach and as a therapist, I am able to blend the motivational drive of coaching with the deep insight of therapy, promoting lasting personal change.

HOW Does it work?

As the client, you set the direction for each conversation. The coach listens and offers observations and thoughtful questions to help you unlock your thinking and tap into your creativity. Coaching encourages you to step outside your comfort zone, where true growth takes place, and helps you recognize your current strengths and re-frame any self-limiting beliefs which may be holding you back.

I work in equipping people to deal with issues such as:

Creating new habits and stopping unhelpful ones

Imposter Syndrome

I offer coaching for both professionals and young adults:

Liz felt like a safe pair of hands because of her experience, our shared Christian faith, and a personal recommendation. I found coaching brilliant for setting and achieving goals. It provided an incredibly helpful space for really grappling with issues in a detailed way. Liz added fantastic objectivity and clarity where I was failing to see the wood from the trees.

Coaching gives you the opportunity to talk to someone about areas of life you want to change but either feel embarrassed to admit to friend and family or you’re stuck in a feedback loop with people in your life experiencing the same things. Liz gave the space and time to talk about things in my life without any guilt of ‘talking too much about myself.
